Privacy Notice — waiting list

This notice covers the Quarter Day pre-launch waiting list at quaterday.club. Quarter Day is a product currently in development — this notice does not describe a live software service.

What we collect

• Your email address (required)
• Your first name (optional)
• Which best describes you — sole trader, landlord, both, or prefer not to say (optional)
• Your consent choices: whether you agreed to launch emails, and separately, whether you agreed to occasional MTD guides and product news

We do not ask for or collect payment details, tax reference numbers, National Insurance numbers, Government Gateway credentials, or any tax/financial data through this waiting list.

Why we collect it

To email you when Quarter Day launches, and — only if you separately opted in — to send occasional Making Tax Digital guides and product news. We do not use your details for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties.

Legal basis

Your consent, given at the point you submit the waiting-list form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Who has access

The team building and operating Quarter Day during this pre-launch phase, via the customer-relationship platform used to run this waiting list. We do not add your details to unrelated marketing lists or campaigns.

Retention

We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or until the waiting list is closed at launch, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us directly at jim@themediacorp.com.

Cookies and tracking

This page does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels.
